Since graduating, I’ve completed CPD training in dry needling, pelvic and systemic health acupuncture, neurodynamics, and paediatric osteopathy (CNMO, Year 1). I also spent two seasons working with a semi-professional rugby team in both clinical and pitch-side roles.

I am a dedicated practitioner with diplomas in osteopathy and naturopathy, and I hold a master’s degree in osteopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (2012). Passionate about holistic health, I support individuals in improving their wellbeing through natural and preventative approaches, offering tailored guidance on exercise, nutrition, and natural remedies for managing chronic pain and common ailments.
I have completed postgraduate training in KT taping and postpartum osteopathic care, and I also work as a clinical tutor and lecturer in osteopathy at Swansea University.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted wife and mother to two energetic boys. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially running, yoga, water sports, and making memories with my family.
